2 tbsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

3. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Swap almond butter with peanut or sunflower butter.
Optional: add a pinch of salt or vanilla.
