Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp low-carb tomato sauce
1/4 cup shredded cheese for topping
Pepperoni or keto-friendly toppings
Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
2. Whisk egg, almond flour, and baking powder in a bowl, fold in mozzarella.
3. Cook the chaffle in a mini waffle maker until golden.
4. Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
5. Transfer to air fryer, cook for 3-5 minutes until cheese bubbles.
6. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
