Crispy and tangy, these keto air fryer pickles make the ultimate low-carb snack. Perfect for parties, picnics, or Netflix nights.
Ingredients
1 cup sugar-free dill pickle chips, drained and dried
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 large egg
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. Pat pickles completely dry with paper towels.
3. Beat egg in one bowl; mix almond flour, parmesan, and seasonings in another.
4. Dip pickles in egg, then dredge in the flour-parmesan mix.
5. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Lay pickles in a single layer.
6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Notes
Use pork rind crumbs instead of almond flour for extra crunch.
Serve with keto ranch or spicy mayo.
