Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs

Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
½ cucumber, diced
½ red onion, sliced
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh dill and parsley
Low-carb wraps or lettuce cups
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
2. Heat skillet, cook chicken 5-6 min per side, rest, then slice.
3. Mix diced cucumber with cottage cheese, dill, and salt.
