Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional: garlic powder, herbs, shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and any seasonings.
4. Spoon onto the parchment and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and firm.
6. Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
