Description

Cool off and recharge with these sugar-free, mineral-rich keto electrolyte popsicles. Perfect for hydration during workouts, heat waves, or keto flu.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups filtered water or brewed herbal tea

1 scoop sugar-free electrolyte powder (or homemade blend)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt (if not in powder)

1/8 tsp magnesium citrate powder (optional)

35 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit

Sliced lemon, mint, or berries (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher or bowl.

2. Taste and adjust sweetness or citrus to your liking.

3. Pour slowly into silicone popsicle molds.

4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours.

5. To release, run warm water over mold sides for a few seconds.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal.

Avoid overfilling to prevent spillover during freezing.

Store in airtight bags for up to 2–3 weeks.
