Description
This keto philly cheesesteak casserole is a cheesy, low-carb version of the classic comfort food, perfect for a hearty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs shaved ribeye or sirloin
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the shaved beef until browned.
3. Remove beef, add peppers and onions, and sauté until softened.
4. Return beef to skillet, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish, top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies.
Add cream cheese for a creamier casserole.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
