Description
This keto ranch water recipe is a refreshing, low-carb cocktail made with silver tequila, fresh lime juice, and sparkling mineral water. It’s quick to make, sugar-free, and perfect for keto happy hour.
Ingredients
2 oz Blanco (silver) tequila
½ oz fresh lime juice (juice of half a lime)
4–6 oz sparkling mineral water (Topo Chico)
Ice cubes
Optional: sea salt, Tajín, lime wedge, jalapeño slice
Instructions
1. Salt the rim of a tall glass using a lime wedge and dip into salt or Tajín if desired.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour in 2 oz of silver tequila and ½ oz fresh lime juice.
4. Top off with sparkling mineral water (4–6 oz, to taste).
5. Stir gently and garnish with lime or jalapeño. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality 100% agave tequila for the best flavor.
Topo Chico is the classic choice, but any sugar-free sparkling water works.
Try adding cucumber, mint, or jalapeño for flavor variations.
Each serving has approximately 1–2g net carbs depending on lime juice amount.
