Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp crushed pecans (optional)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds and coconut milk.
2. Add cinnamon and sweetener; stir well.
3. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Top with pecans before serving.
Notes
